Return & Refund Policy

At Magnetic Spirit, operated by Black Moon Bird LLC, your trust and satisfaction are our highest priorities. We create and deliver every service, digital product, and physical item with care and intention. Please review the following policy so you understand how refunds and returns are handled for each type of offering.


1. General Policy Overview

All purchases made through www.magneticspirit.co are subject to the terms below. Refund eligibility and timelines vary based on the category of service or product.


2. Services (Energy Readings, Quantum Healing, Reiki Sessions, Spiritual Coaching)

  • Booking Requirement: Appointments must be booked at least 24–84 hours in advance.

  • Final Sale Policy: Services become final sale 24 hours after booking. No refunds will be issued after this window.

  • Missed Appointments: Missed or late appointments are non-refundable but may be eligible for one reschedule at our discretion. Please contact us in advance if you need to reschedule.


3. Digital Products (Spiritual Reports)

  • Delivery Timeline: Reports are delivered within one week of order.

  • Refund Window: Refund requests must be made within 84 hours of purchase and before the report is delivered. All sales are final after this period or upon delivery.


4. Non-Refundable Digital Products (Spiritual Classes, Business Products, Rituals)

  • Immediate Access Policy: These digital products are delivered or accessible immediately after purchase and are strictly non-refundable.


5. Third-Party Products (Merchandise via Print-On-Demand Partners)

  • Final Sale: Merchandise is custom-made and produced on demand. Returns and exchanges are not supported for sizing, color, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

    • Action: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue using our "Submit Issue" form or by emailing hello@magneticspirit.co.

    • Multiple Products: If more than one item is affected, include a group photo or video of all items.

    • Refunds: Approved refunds will be returned to your account balance or original payment method. For non-USD payments, refunds will be processed to the original source.

  • Exclusions: No refunds or reprints for minor print variations (within 0.5") or for customer selection errors.


6. Digital Courses (Roadmap Exclusive Business Course)

  • 3-Day Buyer’s Remorse: Request a refund within 3 calendar days of purchase if dissatisfied, provided:

    • The product was not accessed, downloaded, or used more than 3 times.

    • Valid proof of purchase is provided.

  • After 3 Days: All sales are final.


7. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

  • Contact First: Please contact us at hello@magneticspirit.co with any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute—we are committed to finding a resolution.

  • Unauthorized Chargebacks: We reserve the right to challenge any chargebacks initiated without prior communication or in violation of this policy.

  • Agreement: By purchasing from Magnetic Spirit, you agree to follow our refund and dispute process.


8. How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue

  • Include your order number, detailed description of the issue, and any required photos.

  • We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.
